Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. Registration for the IPM Impact membership implies that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the stated terms and conditions in their entirety. We reserve the right to change and modify the Terms and Conditions of IPM Impact without notice, and you agree by continuing to use the site to be bound by any such modification.

Delivery

After we have succesfully received confirmation of your payment, your IPM Impact membership information will be emailed to the email address provided within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us through the website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, IPM Impact members will have instant access to all our site content for a period of two weeks.

Two hard copies of the contract, signed by IPM Impact, will be send within a few days after receiving the payment. One should be send back, signed by the licensee. A template of this contract can be found here, although small deviations, according to the activities of the licensee company, can be made. After receiving the contract, the subscription of the database will be prolonged to one year.

Unauthorized use

You may not place any of our site content, modified or unmodified, on a removable storage medium, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without our prior written consent. You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your membership in IPM Impact to anyone else without our prior written consent.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall IPM Impact be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
